Cecilla is the acting CEO for DVA and is responsible for its daily operations.  Ceclia lives in Angles City, Philippines with her daughter. I was born and raised in the Philippines, and I’ve spent many years working in the field of veteran disability claims. Over time, I’ve developed deep expertise in helping veterans navigate the often confusing and frustrating VA claims system. As a claim evaluation and processing specialist, I take pride in bringing professionalism, clarity, and real results to every veteran I serve.
